Adding Decorative Edges to Homemade Cards

I'm here to solve your ScanNCut problems! So how do you cut a decorative edge across a sheet of paper? Sometimes it's too short and other times it's too long, which risks cutting into (or through) your mat! Eeek! Well, no worries. I have a solution for you and it's soooo easy!
