The Brother Direct Ink portal is your one stop shop for all things DTG. From Brother DTG Inks and machine parts to Pre-treat and platens we got everything you need covered. The Brother Direct Ink Portal has everything you need no matter what model Brother GT Printer you’re using.

How long does it take to set up an account?

The activation of Brother Direct Ink Portal accounts vary based on your specific business needs and how your account needs to be structured. For non-exempt customers that will be set up as taxable the average waiting time is 2 days, provided that all information on the registration form is provided and accurate. For those seeking tax exemption, the average time is 5 days as your tax documents will need to be reviewed and approved by our tax department.

Where do I find the serial number of my Brother GT machine?

The serial number for your Brother GT Printer will be located near the ink bay. For GT-782 the serial number is to the right of the white ink bay and for other models it will be located on the machine beneath the ink bay. If you have trouble locating your serial number you can user the dealer that you purchased from to complete the field on the registration form and we will be able to collection your information from there.

I forgot my username/password?

Resetting your password is no problem. Just click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login form above and we will email you everything you need to get things fixed. Keep in mind your username will generally be the email address that you included on your initial Registration Form Request unless otherwise changed.
