• Needle Cooler prevents thread breakage. Needle Cooler on KE-430HX can prevent thread breakage, enhancing sewing speed by 10% compared with F series models.
• IoT Capabilities for improved Productivity. NEXIO series models are IoT compatible. By connecting the sewing machine to a computer system, an operator can analyze data, manage processes, and improve productivity and maintenance work.
• Reduced hand trimming via Thread Trimmer The Thread Trimmer, driven by the stepping motor, cuts the thread shorter, with more stability and quietness than conventional mechanical thread trimmers. This reduces hand trimming work after sewing. Thread nipper, equipped as a standard in (KE-430 HX-1, K-430HX-3, and KE-430HX-K spec), can minimize thread cast off at sewing start and bird’s nest.
• Thread Tension can be set as a numerical value by digital tension. hread tension can be adjusted for the material being sewn without relying on individual feel, providing better production management and sewing reproduction.
