A: If you do not already have your printer connected to the Brother Mobile Connect app, download the Brother Mobile Connect from your mobile device’s app store and follow the direction instructions for adding a new machine. B: If your printer is already connected to your Brother Mobile Connect app, select that product so it is showing at the top of your home screen. Then click on the Brother+ Printer Dashboard icon and follow those instructions.

From your dashboard, scroll down to the supplies usage section and click on “Shop Genuine ink and toner” Note: If you have purchased supplies through your Brother account in the past, you can also see your order history on the left-hand navigation

From the “My Account” screen, you will see all of your saved payment methods. You can edit or delete any existing payment method. In the left-hand navigation menu click the drop-down arrow next to “My Account” 1. Click on “My Account” 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see your current addresses. You can edit, remove or change your primary address by clicking on the corresponding link for the desired address. 3. If you want to add a new address, click on “Add new Address”
Once you register your product on your Brother account, your printer sends information such as how many pages have been printed, and ink or toner levels. With this data, we’re able to provide you with a dashboard of information, as well as specialized offers just for you.

Brother International Corporation only has access to the number of pages printed, the ink or toner composition of those pages (such as whether you printed in color or black and white), and if those pages were printed single- or double-sided. The dashboard itself does not have the ability to change settings on your physical device but, the dashboard does have a connection to your device’s embedded web server (EWS). The EWS is like a mini website inside of your device that when accessed, allows you to easily control and manage it. 1. To access your printer’s EWS from your dashboard make sure you are on the same network as your printer 2. On your printer dashboard, click on “Device Settings”. From there you will see a connection to EWS. Click on the IP address shown. 3. For access to the more advanced settings, you will need your device’s password. The password is printed on the back of your device. Please note: you may have changed this password when initially setting up your device.
